CANCELLATION POLICY FOR OLIVE DONALDSON COURTS, TEWANTIN AND NOOSAVILLE STATE SCHOOL COURTS
- Note the following guidelines for players to do their own cancellations in Pickleplanner.
- If you want to make a change to a booking, you will need to cancel existing booking, receive your credit and use towards new booking.
A. PRIVATE BOOKINGS:
1. Credits are available if cancellation is made up to 12 hours in advance.
a. If there is a cancellation less than 12 hours in advance, because of sickness, injury or dangerous weather, players can email NPC Pickleplanner Admins on bookings@noosapickleballclub.com and the credit may be processed manually.
2. If two courts have been booked and you need to cancel one court, to receive a credit, you will need to cancel the whole booking and receive the credit and then book one court and use the credit towards this booking.
(WE ENCOURAGE BOOKINGS FOR TWO COURTS TO BE MADE AS TWO SEPARATE BOOKINGS – CANCELLING ONE COURT IS THEN MUCH EASIER)
3. To cancel and receive your credit, go to your booking, press the garbage can on the right-hand side.
If you are in the cancellation time, an orange “Cancel and Issue Credit” button will appear on the bottom right-hand side. Press this button to cancel your booking and receive a credit to your credit balance against your name in Pickleplanner.
B. CLUB RUN SESSIONS BOOKINGS:
1. Credits are available if cancellation is made up to 12 hours in advance.
a. If there is a cancellation less than 12 hours in advance, because of sickness, injury or dangerous weather, players can email NPC Pickleplanner Admins on bookings@noosapickleballclub.com and the credit may be processed manually.
2. To cancel and receive your credit, go to the Club Run session you are booked into. There is a garbage can beside your name. Press the garbage can.
If you are in the cancellation time, an orange “Remove and Receive Credit” button will appear. Press this button to cancel your booking and receive a credit to your credit balance against your name in Pickleplanner.
