The NPC Annual General Meeting is your opportunity to have a direct say in the future of your club. All members are welcome — and your presence matters. All financial members are welcome and encouraged to attend. The AGM can only proceed once quorum is reached — a minimum number of members must be present before any business, including elections, can be conducted. Your attendance is not just welcome; it is what makes the meeting possible.
If you cannot attend in person, you may appoint another financial member to vote on your behalf by lodging a proxy form before the meeting. Each member may hold a maximum of one proxy.

Candidate profiles will be published here on or by 6 August 2026 — one week before the AGM.
Once nominations close on 30 July, the committee will confirm eligible candidates and publish their names and statements in alphabetical order by position. Check back here after 6 August to meet the people putting their hand up to lead your club.
